Comet SBB25 antenna base replacement possible?

Does anyone know if I can replace the base of this awesome antenna?

Comet probably does have the part since it's clearly intended to be an adapter of sorts, but if not, I'm pretty sure you could put this back together securely with some epoxy, even without the missing bit.
