Drilled and time serted the holes under driver seat for the tool pouch. Time serts really are a very high quality product. Highly recommend.

Did some work on my winch. All pointless really but it made me feel better. I reached out to Montana jacks winches and got the correct warn controller and plug (my control box had Ramsey parts on it). Also got the correct fitting warn hook and a rad Toyota fleet 8274 label.

I decided to go for the crazyGreek guys Bluetooth unit because it’s simple and looked pretty nice. Shout out to @Coolerman for telling me about the switched 12v spade on the back of the fuse block. I made a jumper harness and used metric bullet connectors on the Bluetooth and my wires so I can remove it if needed. Also ran speaker wire but haven’t not picked any speakers yet.

Finished up my fuel system today with a new oem filter. You will notice. That the oem hard lines are still installed. They were bypassed years ago, I assume for a leak. I plan to make new ones eventually but for now it’s just 5/16 fuel hose run beside them. Took her for a spin afterwards. Also grabbed one of these neat Etsy drink holders for the center console.

I think I forgot to add that I noticed one day that I did not have the rubber spacers behind my grill bezel so I got new screws and spacers.

I finished my sound setup today. My original intention was to mount a sound bar to the roll bar overhead. But after mocking it in place, it looked gaudy. Wasn’t not happy. Moved on to other areas and I landed on placing it on the fender well just under rear passenger jump seat. It’s indiscreet and out of the way. The WetSounds bar is pretty dang loud for its size. It’s also waterproof and dust proof.

Got the rain drip rail off the cap today. Wire wheeled it down and hit it with some rust inhibitor and primer. I will need to hit a few areas with some metal filler. I’m considering taking my cap to a local fiberglass shop for restore. Need to order some rivets and figure out a tool for setting them.

i run a heat and air company so leisure time is pretty absent during the summer for me. i did have some time to install a bikini topper and some fog lamps on my truck last week. for the fogs, i grabbed an oem switch for the dash. i got an awesome wiring harness from @Coolerman . it was a little long for my truck so i cut a little out of the middle. i also cut the bullet connectors off and swapped them for the waterproof connectors that came with a new set of KC daylighters. maybe someone can tell me if there is a better way, but i simply attached the wire harness spade connector to the back of the fuse box. i wasnt sure if that meant that is was fused or not, i dont think it is. so i added an inline fuse between the switch and the box.

Depending on what circuit added to the fuse block easy to tell if it infused or not. Pull all the fuses. Turn the key in the ignition to on. If you have power it's before the fuse. No power it is being fused at the fuse block.

Spades are not on a fuse but one is hot and one is switched 12
I knew one was hot, thanks for verification on fused or not. Good thing I threw in a fuse I suppose.

i assume the harness i got from mark is the same as the factory setup, which spade do the factory fogs run off?

Most people run aux lights off switched 12 so you don’t forget to turn them off

Gotcha. I ran my radio off the switched. I figured I would see a set of lights left on more than I would remember a radio if the volume was low. I may end up running a secondary fuse block.

Got my quick hinges one. Err.. 3 of the 4. Driver upper is still left. Not looking forward to that swap.
