The San Juan mountains are spectacular but there are other areas in Colorado that can also be explored.

We need to call on @fj55tlc for some ideas for PP2022 adventures in Colorado. (I think he's sampled trails in every national forest in Colorado.)

I would be willing to come up with some good trails with some good history in central Colorado. I have a habit of over doing it when it comes to trail difficulty, but I will try to control myself.

Go figure, moving out of Colorado next summer and when the new improved PIG is prime for a party and we have it in CO. No worries, it would be fun to cruise Route 66 from Oklahoma and come up from the South!
