It was great work day, glad you all could make it. I would like to thank Bob (TPI) for sponsoring the meal, his tech support and delivering parts, including some that were needed but not ordered.
Next time we will attack the 5 ton dump truck.

A few more from me. Everybody looks happy!

I had to add a few comments to this one. But only because the fruity dog was in the pic. All mandatory things for a good work day in TN!

A couple more...The last one is the 90w that came out of Steve's front dif. Very nice. I think I shall recycle that into my 40 - NOT!

Why is it 90% of the pictures I'm in contain a Yuengling? Oh yeah, i remember now...

Thanks everyone for making the trip, glad we got everyones projects done, except mine! We'll do it again soon, but I think Roger's convinced we'll be working on the 5 ton. That's always fun!

We did discover one small problem after most of y'all left...Bob discovered that my long side 4340 Cro-Moly inner axle was bent...really bent  So, I'll be calling Bobby Long in the morning to get a new one
:beer::beer::beer::beer:

Thanks Roger!

For the record Spot is not Gay, he's just not very particular.

Are you not going to be able to press that out???

Probably will, but it was only $100 for a new one. I'll try pressing out the old one for a trail spare. New one should be here by friday/monday.

Work sucks I literally worked 24 hrs yesterday (6:30a tues to 7a this morning, and had to be back for a noon case) and I found that my partner just filed for FMLA and will be taking next week off attend to his wife. Thats fine, but I can't take a day off if he's off. Roger, I'm sorry, looks like my s*** will be taking up shop space for a while :frown::mad:. I say awhile, cause I'm not convinced he won't take the rest of the year off...I'll keep you posted.

Not a propblem. Rebuilt your diff yesterday, so it's ready to go back together when you get time.:)
My cruiser is on jack stands for a while. I started the tire change, got the old ones off the rims and then realized they sent me the wrong o-rings. Company is in OK and has not been open the last two days.

Yeah it didn't look like we would ever get those to fit right. . . nice wheels though! Careful not to scratch that red spray getting them off! lol jk

I'm in the market for a beadlock wheel to replace my mickey thompson classic locks. Having no functionallity the sim lock just isn't gonna cut it. Let me know if you have any suggestions. . .

The USA 6x6 double bead locks have worked good for me, I have worn out a set of Irocs on them and never had a leak, never had to retorque them. Here is their website http://www.usa6x6.com/
There are a set of single bead locks 0n 15x9 rims for sale in the WT clubhouse https://forum.ih8mud.com/showthread.php?p=2840875#post2840875

And that blows. I am sure you will get it straight though:cheers:

They got the phone lines back up in OK, at least the ones going to USA 6X6.
They change rim design right after I bought mine and don't stock the old style o-rings , told me to reuse the old ones or use the new smaller ones with silicone. But offered to send me the new inserts for a picture of my truck.
