Heard good things about HF's new badlands series. Doesn't hurt that they have a couple 80's in the vids showing them.

Wait until you get a big fat % off coupon and you can get a real good deal on them.

J, the Recon winch that I have. you have first hand experance seeing how well it works pulling a super fat 80, up a gnarley hill backwords.... its 10500, wireless remote, waterproof, synthetic rope... ECT All for around 500 bucks.... JUST sayN!

Last 8274 I looked at fs was full of rust and water mixed with the oil- it had been like that for years... Its worth popping the top cover- a stuck/rusted clutch can be fixed..
And if you store them wrong the oil can run into the motor if I remember correctly...
