Saw your email, recommend you make the wire today. We've got 6+ already paying, but unsure if he's going to be flexible on the payments.

They sent you the physical invoice, buying things overseas requires some level of trust with the company. Don't think they'll sign/send back like you're looking for but worth a shot.
Trust would be great of they honored the original pricing, etc. I'll wait for them to sign and return and send once it's executed. If they can't honor a 2 day business turn around when it was their mistake that shows a lot. They NEED to be flexible too. Also, It needs to be legal on my end to protect myself in case they don't pull through.

Good luck suing an international company should they take off with all our money.

Given Cassiem's partnerships, I would be astonished if this deal fell through.

I've asked for a day extension for you nevertheless.

Thanks for the extension. If for some odd reason it does fall through I've always wanted to go on a safari.

No reply back from Alu. I sent them another email this morning (4pm their time) requesting to execute the PO. Could you text or call Cassiem to see what's up? Thx
Recommend you send your wire. Unsure why you think that Alu-Innovations signing your submitted and signed invoice will give you any additional legal protection.

Because that's what SA law says. If it's not signed by both parties, it's not a binding contract/PO.
You're not going to be suing this company in international court over a $4000 purchase. None of the rest of us demanded they sign the invoice they sent us.

Do you make US companies sign invoices they send you after you sign them?

I'm simply stating the law and what I was advised to do. I'm not sure what the trouble is for them to sign and return? It seems like a simple request so I'm not sure why all the push back.

Yes, all my POs for my company are executed on both ends prior to issuing funds.

Money has been sent. Sorry for the delay. I was in Germany at the Christmas market in Munich drinking gluwein.
(Seriously, money is on the way. )
I saw overhead pics of that market, absolutely incredible! Hope Santa brings you so more cruiser parts!

Andrew and David: Cassiem does not have your payments. I assume you are both out at this point as payment was due last week.

I don't know your Ih8mud handles, so please respond to this notice saying you're either out, or you sent money to the wrong place.

@Universe953 and @LCMoneyPit both of you have not sent in your payments to Cassiem and are therefore no longer going to be eligible for this group buy.

Feel like you're ready to take on an OEM rubber floor mat group buy now.

I'm not even in this group buy (although it did cross my mind except I don't have a Troopy. Read: yet)

After all of Paul's dedication and work I feel like I owe him a night out for some drinks :slap:
In many cases folks that step up like this to try to help others tend to never do it again in my experience. It is a shame because all who participate benefit from the savings. Unfortunately the organizer takes the brunt of the time consuming (sometimes soul consuming) labor involved in something like this.

I also did not require one of these, but as you can see from my comment above, Paul, I understand the pains you went through to make this happen, so I also thank you for all the time and dedication that went into this. It's great to see community support like this. KUDO'S!!
