My initial thought was just a bare one, but seeing how nicely you can finish them out once painted, I'm conflicted. I'll buy whatever you put online!

Ever have to scrub dried sticky soda out of a cup holder? Raw finish for me! Painted will look tattered after a few years.

Split either way! The finished looks great and fits the look of a 200. But the functionality of the raw 3D is great!
Can't wait to order a set

Would the dishwasher safe one be black as well? I thought I saw a resin colored sample earlier.
All cup holders will be black no matter if it's raw plastic or painted. We only print in black ABS. I use white for prototyping but only black for finished products.

Are you still considering a full replacement at any point? (I’m referring to the earlier discussion about pulling the entire holder/door unit out to take advantage of more depth).

Curious...as I’d definitely be in if that were to ever be a thing.

At this point I am only going to release the inserts. I may design a complete drop in replacement unit down the road. I had enough time to squeeze in this smaller insert project. This summer I may have the time to also design a full replacement unit.

I should add...
**I plan to order your current inserts. :) I apologize if it sounded like looking a gift horse in the mouth. It’s just that when that topic came up before, I wrongly got the impression it was shifting that direction.

I think your current inserts are great & might have wider appeal anyway, since many probably like the stock look & ability to close the lid. But ya, I’d love a full full replacement someday & would buy again.
You’ve done some nice work here!

I got the first batch of the 200 inserts up on my website now. Sorry for the crappy pics. I will get better pics of them installed and in use in a 200 once the first batch gets sent out and folks send in installed pics. Should be about a week before I have better pics. I have both finish options available on my site. You can order the raw plastic 3D printed finish or the hand sanded, polished, and painted finish. I have a handful of each in stock. If I do sell out quickly; I will restock within 48 hours. Just be patient. I don't know if these will be big sellers or not. I will do my best to keep up with demand. Here's the link:

Here's pics of the two finish options right next to each other.

1 set sold :D

Just ordered! Thank you for what you do

What the hell!?!?1? I just sold out in like 90 minutes. I think that is the fastest I have ever sold out of a new product. Was not expecting that type of demand. I will switch over a group of my assembly line printers tomorrow and ramp up production. I will restock late Tuesday. For those of you that didn't get one on the first batch. Just be patient. I will do my best to keep up.

Got my order in at the wire! Completed like 5 minutes ago, lol.

BTW, I too would be interested in a deeper version in the future. Even if it means cutting the bottom out of the existing factory insert.
