I have 6 tire deflators for sale. These are the deflators that you screw on and leave them alone until they are done. You set them to what pressure you want (they are currently set ~ 13 lbs), screw them on and you're ready to hit the trails. I believe 2 are Staun and I don't remember the brand of the others but they all function exactly the same. $40 for all 6.

Check the local scrap yards, they usually have some wrecked 4runners or tacos and a wheel from one of those would do the job.
