They are too easy; I carry a loaf of bread, jar of PB, jar of jelly and some chips. Makes a great snack/lunch and it travels super well. AND ITS CHEAP!

And when the wife comes it gets a little fancier. Either way, I'm usually so hungry I'd eat whatever.

I was in Katemcy TX in 2008 attending the Lone Star Roundup, and @HawkDriver was there with his wife and kids. He was making PB&Js for his kids on the tailgate of his truck and I told the older of the two that I would wrestle them for the sandwich. They gave me the funniest quizzical look. Then Jeremy made me a sandwich himself.

Now I only seem to eat them on backpacking trips, premade by my wife.

The wife and I took the 40 to a brewery last Sunday to enjoy the beautiful weather. On the way home the needle valve sticks, carb overfills, and it starts running like hell. After limping back to the house, I'm not sure how excited she is for the next ride.

Also, fav trail snack, probably the fruit snacks my wife packed for the kids.

With the popularity of PB&J’s the true question then becomes do you premix the PB&J then spread it on the bread or is it PB on one side and J on the other??

I prefer pre mixing but I love them either way!

That is a lot of good input however not everyone I speak with is on mud ( shocker I know) and not everyone drives 40's. I have been talking to more 60 owners lately. But I am going to steal a couple of those questions.
