Dang Keith, I didn't realize you were combining front impact protection, roll-over protection and a radiator mount all into one...:flipoff2:

Looking good, now let's see the fenders come together.

You isolate the aluminum radiator from all of that steel?

Yap!
Rubber pads at the top and bottom between the "caps".....thought I mentioned that though.:D
Need two more at the frame/ down brackets as pointed out in the 40 section for frame flex.
See anything else I might need to do?

Good lord... I'd be scared if I were a neighborhood garbage can! :)

Looks good man.

LOL!
maybe a bit excessive, but most of it was to make it nice and stable both vertically and laterally. Also...using what material I had laying around the shop.

I suspect that galvanic corrosion due to dissimilar metals isn't as big a deal as it is made out to be. In this case, no electron flow to speak of and the absence of an electrolyte, it shouldn't be a large deal. It might be a problem if he lived in San Francisco.

Plus...coating the mount with bed liner will help that too.:D

Galvanic corrosion is not what I was concerned with. The mount rubbing a hole in his radiator is ;)

I would say no matter what if you flip that sucker on its lid or on its side that radiator is not going anywhere.
