So while browsing today I found that one of my online suppliers is carrying outdoors knock off gear that is pretty interesting. If anyone is looking for a Cheap Y E T I like cooler or a small camp stove. I buy a ton of stuff from them for work and the quality has always been good.

thanks for the tip! Just ordered a few things...

Cool, I ordered a chair, the collapsible bucket and 2 lanterns. I will probably do a review on them after the Feb ROTM

I got the lantern as well, 400 lumens for less than $15? Also picked up the jetboil like stove and the tactical backpack...one can never have enough packs.

Well monoprice shipping is on time ordered yesterday and got my shipment at 10 am today.

thanks for the link. it got me looking at the pelican style cases and actually found the monoprice cases on ebay for even a few bucks cheaper with free ship. good reviews and at a good price point.

No worries. Always on the hunt for a bargain.

Quick review:

Camping chair seems really well made and has earned my 13 year old son's seal of approval. It also survived said 13 year old for 3 days of hard use.

The lanterns seemed to impress people with how bright they were. They use a high density led strip instead of individual leds and have a nice light dispersal.

Well here is a side shot of the jetboil vs monoprice. The monoprice is 1/4 inch shorter and 3/4 inch wider. He monoprice also looks to have a better wind block.

The jetboil fits inside of the monoprice cup

A little easier to clean I should think.

So I just ordered the 1 liter cooking system to compare it to my jet boil. Will do a side by side comparison and see how it holds up

interested in this also. Ill wait for your testing results, thanks for doing this
