BTW: WTF is with Rivers kicking it into gear at the VERY LAST MINUTE? His passing game sucks and it was very apparent this week. I was hoping Volek would kick ass when he stepped in for Philips.

I thought the Chargers were toast. I was asking myself, "Why am I watching this?" I even thought they would choke when it was 3rd down and 2 with seconds left in regulation.
This was a costly win, Merriman is injured, Rivers is injured, and Lorenzo is out for the season with a broken leg. I guess the hit on Merriman was away from the ball and a cheap shot?

I missed it to. Crap.

I think he was possesed by Tom Brady for that last minute drive. Only way you can explain a non-existent passing game that miraculously appears at the last minute.

I almost shut it off mid fourth thinking that we were done too, very glad I didn't. One of the best finishes I have seen in awhile.

Good game against a really bad team. Detroit sucked. I'm still worried about playing some of the better teams, but you're right. We're gaining momentum at the right time.

Actually I will probably do what I did last year and buy a single tix on Ticketmaster the day of the game. I got plaza level seats on the 40 yard line for face value.

That must not be the playoff game you have the tickets for? Looks like it will interfere. ESPN - NFL Schedule, Pro Football Schedule, National Football League Schedule Hope you aren't screwed.
