Found this one for Cam... 
This is why they tell you to retorque your wheels 50 kms after putting them on...
I'm glad you're ok and no one was hurt.
Did you mount them, or do you have a shop to thank for this?
I've never had a problem with Steelies coming loose like that... Although it even happenes on rigs.
suddenly I have this mental image of cam sniffing the ground behind his 60...

Looks a bit better eh? Now I have 5 matching wheels and 5 almost-matching tires
Guess I'll have to splash a bit of paint on my hubs so they don't look so old beside the wheels...
Now take your wheel wrench and leave it on the pass seat to remind you to retorque after 50k and then again at 150 for good luck.
