I find myself back in this thread - any progress?

Sorry, still a ways down my list. Pretty crazy busy these days. Best I can offer is the photos on CruiserTeq.com, it's going to show you line orientation AND you should be able to see bore on most. For example 1-1/16" on the BKN34031N

If there is a line orientation that would work for your custom application. Let me know our part# and I can quickly have the guys pull one and check diameter.

Nice, thanks Kurt!
I will take a look at the pictures.

One of our tech guys caught me as I walked in the building this morning. "Hey, did we ever flesh out the BKN/CLN/CSN chart with cylinder bore's?" - Not yet, I replied.

But he measured the one you're after and I added it to the chart :D

I don't remember the application, but I am sure I have the box at home I will check in the next day or two.
It should have a part #, it was an Aisin so probably BMT-###
Dyno

Thank you! I would love to have a p/n to look up and see what specs I can find on the unit...

I think I used one from a 1984 HJ41 the link above shows some Hilux and Surf compatibility too. fit is indicated for 8/94-8/97 Hilux (non USA)

Dyno

FWIW, that 15/16" MC that Dyno listed is for an early 90s RHD Hilux/4Runner (47201-3D160/61)

The LHD version (so line ports are on the proper side ;) ) is BMT-048 or Toyota 47201-3D150 / 3D151

These are non-USA vehicle applications so are naturally impossible to find in the States in the OEM Advics.

Also, it will take someone smarter than me to potentially answer this (Kurt?): why all the equivalent year, USA-spec 4Runners take a 1" bore Brake MC (BMT-051 w/ level sensor in cap or similar) vs the above application of non-USA Hilux/4Runner that seem to take the 15/16" version. Different Calipers? DOT?

And for the math hampered:

13/16" = 0.8125 "
7/8" = 0.825 "
15/16" = 0.9375"
1" = 1.0" :p

Ebay Australia will be your friend for this part.

If upgrading is there a consensus on 2-bolt vs 4-bolt? Planning on a hydroboost setup from Marks4wd and would like to choose whatever will give me the most options in the future. Current setup is larger OEM front setup and stock rear discs.

Hydroboost--so you're pre-ABS?
