Nice! Now all you need is a couple thousand watt stereo!!
We have one. It’s in the engine bay. An orchestra of awesome!

Dang, I wish my dad worked on my stuff while I'm at school. That would be nice.

Looking good!

So been thinking about getting a custom relay and steering rods made.

Through some research and Mud support figured a way to keep it OEM (thread below). Initially looked at this option but found out rods for 70 series were pricey. Found a good deal on NOS.

Rods are still on back order from TEQ:bang::bang:

Finishing others items. New LEDs from City Racer.

Bib rubber washers were dry rotted and crumbly. 3/8” fuel hose works!

Added new turn signals with led lights

@SipLife won an awesome 4Plus Bumper at SAS5 raffle. It was an epic win as he was bugging me to get him one on the way up to SAS5. Thought we would get it on. Looks awesome!!!

Brakes and clutch are bled.

The progress is looking good. And this post has inspired me to get off my duff and update/add to the to-do lists for my '71 FJ40 build and my '76 FJ40 continuing upgrades. For the past few days I've been slowly getting started on front axle and steering work for both vehicles, and I've got many other things I'd like to start on before the snow starts to fly.

@SipLife was hitting the barn hard over the summer. The list helped him know he made progress each day. Kept us dialed in. Easy to get the “Hey Squirrel” syndrome.

As they say:

“Failing to plan is planning to fail”.

Hope @SipLife makes it part of his life diet.

As soon as I have a wall to nail it to in my new shop, I plan on making a list for each truck and the shop. Mine would be more to combat my half timers than marking progress. ;)

Home for the holidays after my first semester at college. Got Bluebonnet moving under her own power today! Exhaust goes in tomorrow, then on to tying up all the other loose ends to get her inspected and registered. Feels good to hit this milestone!
