Those look like Gucci 22’s. Those things are major bucks. Even the center caps with diamond G’s are worth more than the truck. Oh wait, one is missing.
Buy the truck. Sell the wheels and take the rest of the truck including those axles with those solenoid thing-a-ma-jigs on them to the nearest recycler scales.

The year is not correct, appears to have the early type flairs and chrome accent on the bumper. However if no rust, the doors, hood, fenders, rear hatch, etc would be worth well more than the asking price.

No plates, if the seller is unwilling to supply the VIN or plate# I'd walk away.
