I got mine fairly recently also. VERY nice setup especially for those of us with the "beta" version. A LOT more capacity.
I'm still trying to figure out the brass bushings. It sounds like 'pull the front retainer apart to remove the input gear' type things.
I asked them about it and got a reply. But without fully pulling the front planetary apart, I'm at a bit of a loss.Let us know what you find out about them. Hopefully I won't be far behind you...

Mine is still apart... I'll see what I can dig up.
My bad brain says that the stack on the output shaft of the BB is: spacer that came with BB, tcase input gear, spacer, pto gear.
because i just built a ATLAS on the web site and it was the same price, so now i am questioning what i did wrong to end up at 2400 for the black box. hmmmmmmdoes $2400 for a 93 fj80 sound right for this black box, just asking
Does your 2400 Atlas include adapting to the FJ80? I don't recall any company making Toyota to other transfer casesbecause i just built a ATLAS on the web site and it was the same price, so now i am questioning what i did wrong to end up at 2400 for the black box. hmmmmmm
