I've heard rumor of a kit out there to convert (remove birfileds), replace with cardan style joint??
I've searched the web without any luck...
Anyone know if this is true?

Why?

30 spline longs and don't look back.

Step up and be the first to break one!

just looking for a stronger solution before spending $ on current set-up / axle.
want to beef up before destroying along with other stuff like I did last week on rear. 546hp shifting @ 6200 grenaded my $600.00 HIDL rear driveshaft along with other things underneath.
If I put the thing in 4WD in mud trail and get stupid, I would like to reduce my risk of scattering stuff...

Clearly, you are asking too much from, and will only be disappointed in Toyota running gear if this is your standard MO. Hit the FAQ and read up on axle upgrades, and go from there.

Good luck!
