I live at 8k feet in a place that got over 50' of snow this year, we have rediculous running water all over the place plus rain/hail/ice now that it's warming up. I know the classic image of California is rainless but it's like saying all of Nevada is like Vegas.

These sound like what you want.

They're black, round, hold air, and have tread for driving through the rain and driving down some dirt roads and whatnot what for doing some mild off roading and such.

Ok edit, the guy from northern California, get's a pass due to global warming, I do know I get a lot of rain here west of the cascades :deadhorse:
 
I like Quaker State 5W-30 Dino oil. I change it every 5000-6000 miles.

I use a Wix 51515 oil filter.
 
Don't forget to swap out the winter air for summer air.

X2, I do partial air changes, couple times a week.

I'm not a big fan of mud, try to avoid it. But with the extreme precipitation mentioned, one would imagine resulting slop, no one mentioned Super Swampers?:hillbilly:
