These sound like what you want.

They're black, round, hold air, and have tread for driving through the rain and driving down some dirt roads and whatnot what for doing some mild off roading and such.

X2, I do partial air changes, couple times a week.

I'm not a big fan of mud, try to avoid it. But with the extreme precipitation mentioned, one would imagine resulting slop, no one mentioned Super Swampers?
