Best time to buy tires at discount? (1 Viewer)

Is there certain months of the year to get the best deal on tires? Particularly I'm looking at Falken's Wildpeak. Thanks.

I get a sales alert every month for $110 off a set of four tires from Discount Tire. I also get alerts for BFG or other brands rebates and the typical holiday discount alerts. You can also call the tire stores and ask when the sales are coming up.

Just find a really good local tyre shop with good people and plenty of regular local business and don't argue/haggle about the prices. These places don't operate to rip customers off because they have a good reputation that self-promotes their services.

That said, if a business knows you are local they tend to give you the best prices they can on tyres and related services. Remember a lot of service costs are fixed by government legislation and mandatory. Such as tyre disposal levies and things like roadworthy inspections, etc.

I usually get them done at Discount tires. Will give them a call.

I went to a local tire shop and they suggested to order from Tire rack and have them delivered to the shop. They said they couldn’t beat their prices.
