Sorry, but I find it a little rude. SOOOORRY that I wanted to order it quickly so that I could receive it and install it. I have a broken leaf spring and didn''t want to drive on it. If you would have gotten back sooner, I probably would have bought from you.

How about just learning from the experience and the fact that by not contacting an interested client, you lost a big sale.

Don't take it so hard, had a similiar experience with Kurt, contacted him to purchase $600 worth of gears for my cruiser, he said he would get back to me and never did, in the end I went with someone else that wanted my business more.
Some vendors do things fast, some don't. Doesn't mean squat because there is always another vendor that will service you. I just prefer to give my business to cruiserheads first.
