So being from the south i know we have the best BBQ of anywhere, but i was in South Carolina this week and decided to check out the local fare in Columbia. First i walked in and all the sauce containers were yellow, I just figured they like mustard in SC but when the meat came out with the yellow sauce already on it i was sceptical at best. Then when it hit my mouth my reaction was the same as my buddys this BBQ is NASTY!!
So we downed a couple beers to get rid of the taste then went to Micky Ds and a cheeseburger never tasted so good.
How do folks eat that CRAP? Did SC not ever learn how to make the good sauce?
I cannot believe I'm posting in this thread as it is full of a bunch of tards. It actually has nothing to do about BBQ just a bunch of tards posting nonsense just to get under someone's skin. You succeeded.
If you go to Buffalo do you go to Hooters for wings? If you want a good burger do you go to McDonald's? Jesus give me a break. Do me all a favor and move north where you belong. You don't deserve to live in the south.
Anyone in the south knows that not every BBQ joint is good. Anyone who knows BBQ knows that in SC there is an area that predominately serves mustard based sauce. And let's face it you just don't know what you are doing.

I totally agree about a bunch of tards posting in this section. Everyone should know that the Mcrib is the bomb.

i can say the sauce they put on the McRib is waaaaaay better than anything in SC
You just can't beat mechanically separated meat product, artifical smoke flavor and assorted protein, pressed into rib shaped patty, frozen then microwaved.
