So being from the south i know we have the best BBQ of anywhere, but i was in South Carolina this week and decided to check out the local fare in Columbia. First i walked in and all the sauce containers were yellow, I just figured they like mustard in SC but when the meat came out with the yellow sauce already on it i was sceptical at best. Then when it hit my mouth my reaction was the same as my buddys this BBQ is NASTY!!
So we downed a couple beers to get rid of the taste then went to Micky Ds and a cheeseburger never tasted so good.
How do folks eat that CRAP? Did SC not ever learn how to make the good sauce?
