Ok, so maybe i exaggerated just a TAD!
Anyway, Canned Peach cobbler is awesome!!!
I have had CANNED peaches in Cobbler and will SWEAR TO YOU, it was the best thing invented since oral sex!
Peach cobbler is better than oral sex when it is 20 degrees out and the wind is blowing through every layer of clothing you have on.
My recipe:
1 box white cake mix
1 can 7-Up or Sprite
1 large can of peaches
Mix in dutch oven and cook with a few coals on the bottom and a lot on top. Super easy!

Dan, sounds like a nice & easy recipe. Think I'll do Brent's apple on Friday night and your peach recipe for Saturday.

Michell got the ingredients for a chili she found online. She's going to make it Thursday. I'll also picked up some New Castle Brown.

Pot luck both nights sounds good but I don't think everyone needs to bring much for Friday night unless they want to.
I'm going to pick up a pound of chicken and carnitas for the tacos and Stan is bringing enough Carne Asada for both nights. I will also be bringing chopped onions, cilantro, and shredded cheeses and tortillas for both nights.
Could someone else bring extra chips, guacamole and pico de gallo?
Is any one bringing a table? I have one of those mini picnic tables but we could use another for cooking on. The neck and back are still healing...

Almost anything. Lightning is available, but bring peanut butter. 
It might surprise you, but the back of a lifted 80 makes a pretty good cooking platform
Well, I finally got (almost) the last pieces for my rear bumper to powdercoat an hour or so ago. It was a long and somewhat painful journey but in the end I'll be pretty happy I did it myself

Damn, that truly does suck. I know how work can sometimes take a more important role in our lives than it should. Luckily my boss is a firm believer in the value of vacation days.
Not to mention the fact that we are losing out on our videographer.
We'll have plenty of other opportunities to get out this season. I don't think we've been out wheelin' together for about six months or so?
