BAD Stalling issues!! Looking for some help. (2 Viewers)

83’ FJ60 fuel injected with Holley Sniper EFI. As of latently she has been stalling out when shifting between gears or at a stop in neutral. Now she idles rough, bouncing down to almost 0 RPM to 1000+ RPM in a loop. Up and down, up and down, on the verge of stalling out. Steering wheel shakes and RPM boosts back up.
Please help!

FIXED:
During this troubleshoot my Holley Sniper LCD screen was not working. Got a new one in and AFR (02 sensor) was showing “unplugged.” Installed new 02 sensor and got a high read but a read nonetheless.

Took the truck to a reputable mechanic and discovered an exhaust leak at the exhaust manifold. Replacing entire exhaust system.
