Some proper pics! Just added power steering, after scrounging 3b ps pump, mounts and pulleys, over a year to find all the bits, but it was worth the wait. Starting to actually drive like a modern rig, well maybe a bit optimistic but you guys know what I mean!
 
Empire State Building isn’t going anywhere, but keeping tabs of the canoe on the troopy rack is a good idea, lol.
 
No door limiters, door hits mirror! That would work well for canoe survelance!
 
You're gonna love a functioning handbrake mate! Tell me, to get the perches to match L/R and the correct driveline angle, did you simply sit the whole show together on the buttoned up springs and dial in your angle and for-aft location and call it good?
 
That’s exactly how I did it. I compared measurements with the old axle for pinion angle, perch location, and all new spring and shackle bushings to locate the springs. Funny part about the E brake is I already have a functioning drum on the transfer case! Nice to know if I do a 5 spd swap I don’t need the drum and can go to a real E brake!
