Trying.

I am trying to help a friend out on picking a couple different suspensions and front bumpers out for him to choose from. He is an older man and has a 1994 Tacoma truck. He is telling me it's not a Tacoma but a Toyota truck and I just thought they were Tacoma's. Any place to look for a bumper that I may not know about? I was thinking an old man emu or ironman suspension if they make them for that year. I know the old man emu I had was pretty darn good. Any help would be appreciated.

94 might still be a pickup. Tacoma started in 95-96 somewhere right? My 93 4Runner had a bumper from badlandbumpers.com in Washington state. Kept the front end intact through two car wrecks, a deer and a fence.

I don't think it's the 100 but I probably will find out this weekend.
That sucks with all the accidents Ryan but good to hear the bumper held up. It looks nice too. Doesn't seem to be a lot of options for it so I am definitely putting it on the list to give to him.

95' started the taco. Not much on the way of lifts and bumpers for pickups. The torsion bar suspension is complicated and rides rough, most anyone serious about wheeling those trucks is going SAS.

Probably his best bet is to just get a ball joint spacer lift kit. They're all over EBay. They're cheap, and allows you to run 32's or 33's. Trail gear has taken over the world in the toyota aftermarket, might be something there. I don't care for their bumpers, but they're cheap.

Don't forget if you go with 4wheelparts, you get to pick up at the store and save shipping.

This is my rear TG bumper.

This happened my last time out.

Happy Birthday Andrew!!!! Hope you're out having fun somewhere. ;)

Thanks! Nope...unfortunately, I had to work until late yesterday:(

However, my super cool wife did get me something classy for the man cave:

Didn't know anyone got video of me in the hot tub :) This was after I had given it a few "Hail Mary" hard runs at it and given up. I specifically remember asking if I would drown should I roll in that water...

Sweet. I'm guessing this is something you would not have tried if you had not flopped earlier? That looks like a pretty tough spot, I wonder if you would have made it if it was dry.

At least you had Rodney there to lend his support. :D
