Bought one of these to retrofit on a friend's 100 but he had some unexpected expenses come up.

I've successfully installed one of these on my LHD 1999 Lexus LX470 but can say without a doubt that it is not for the faint of heart (obviously- you have to drill through the body).

Above, left: tire carrier assy, latch mechanism, stopper for hatch
Above, right: plastic hardware covers (one broken)

I wrote a detailed post about this and also showed some of the work in my build thread.
Here's another guy's work but I don't think his would hold up to my level of thrashing. Good parts list though.
I can't hold your hand for the install but anyone with decent fab skills can figure it out.

Will need: (not included/not in hand yet)

1x - 51907-60070 reinforcement bracket (lower) - I have 2x coming from Japan and will throw one in with this kit
1x - 61033-60100 reinforcement bracket/quarter panel (upper) - delisted. may have to fab something or source from somewhere else (CruiserParts.net shows 'in stock')
Misc. M8x1.25 hardware

$900 takes it all (local pickup)
Will ship on your dime. Estimated around $150-$200 domestic. Can also put it on a pallet and bill your shipping company of choice.

I saw in your build thread that you modded your tire carrier for extra clearance, did you do the same for this one?
