I will take the random brackets next to the Weber Adaptor. The gold(ish) colored ones. These are Con-Ferr fog light windshield brackets, by the way.

The working one looks like it is stamped “5C”, the non working one is stamped “9A”

Thanks @ATLTJ . Based on the specs and pics provided, looks like the two jacks might be from a post 1979 FJ40. Part numbers: 09110-60010 or 09110-60040. Here's the link to the jack thread in case anyone is interested. I'm going to pass on these for now - potentially looking for a 1977 era Jack.
