Brand New, never installed. I have run one of these on my LX for over 60k miles and 4 yrs with no problems.

Used it on my M14 for about 9 months in Afcrapistan so its got a little wear on the body but glass is scratch free and in good condition. Illuminated reticle, M1 1/4 MOA adjustment Turrets, got everything but the box.
