Hey guys quick question. I have searched and can't seem to find it. What what was the second rectangular opening with bolt holes on either side and above it, just above the top fair-lead mounts designed for on the ARB deluxe bull bar?

I had my front number/licence plate bolted to that. No idea if that's what it's designed for or not. I would suspect so, given that here in Oz, front plates are required in all states.

Seems like t here are some pretty substantial bolt holes to have it designed as a licence plate mount, but could be. In the pics I've seen if anything is there its a licence plate. Just seems like it was engineered for something to me.
