W/ HF1A part-time T-case with Flywheel, P.P., clutch disc,and all parts including clutch pedal,master & slave cylinders, all mounting parts, tubing,bolts ,etc. to change from automatic to manual trans. Over 50 different parts including new lockout hubs. Have bellhousing & flywheel for 1HDT/FT, 1HZ or 1FZ FE

GLWS as it looks like you have collected just about everything to convert an 80 over to manual.

I guess that your 80 will not be getting the five-speed behind the 1HD-FT. For those wondering, CruzerHead is the person who I purchased my 1HD-FT from last year. Good Mud seller, and no issues on my end with that deal whatsoever. Feel free to PM me if you have any questions.

Where did you source these parts? My HZJ80 in Uganda already has the same setup, but the transmission could use some new bits, and I would certainly order a new flywheel.
