CBI makes some good stuff. Before my AOE, I reached out to them about a bumper they made for a guy here. But because he had a body lift, it was built differently and they didn't make a template. They had ZERO interest in marketing anything for the 80

Look at what I got.

He wanted to contact everyone, but no need now.
I won't be satisfied until Wrench is satisfied....

No one will be. One question though. How do you mount the plate behind the AOE cut out?

There are 6 holes drilled into the bumper that should line up with the holes drilled into the aluminum plate.

One more week here. Got a call here saying shipped today. Should arrive next wednesday :/

Guess we have to get our own hardware for that one?

Nathan works with me fairly well, I am going to be leaving my Lexus with him soooo hopefully he decides to take a chance to create some templates off my truck

I don't see why he wouldn't take the opportunity

I see there is a baggy with some screws and nuts in your second picture... i think that would be the hardware or at least close to being the same size as the holes, I don't recall seeing them in my truck but I can check for you.

Those are mounting bolts. This thing is gonna be secure that's for sure.

There should only be 2 mounting bolts for the top of the frame towards the front, you will have to use the original bolts plus the two new ones. those tiny screws don't look like they are for mounting the bumper, check the second picture you posted again, top left corner.

Glad to see that they are arriving!! I hope that mine is correct with the fog light cut-outs. Only thing I have been stressing about, I knew the bumpers would get to everyone is due time. Keeping my fingers crossed, will find out in a few more days. Glad to see they are arriving!! Go AOE!

More importantly how are the welds? Do they have the stack of dimes look?

Welds are excellent on the bumper I picked up, hopefully they are just as good on the one he owes me.

Those are all bolts and washers. 4 bolt in total.
4 flat washers and 4 lock washers. Plus the 8 bolts already on the truck. This thing will be securely mounted that's for sure. Gonna have a co worker take that plate to his dads powder coating shop and do it for me.
