I got awesome news, I made a bunch of money off this group buy so I bought an iPad air 64 gig, thanks guys!!!

Just messing with you guys, I got lucky and won it at my company Xmas party today. Too bad I didn't win the Hawaii trip everything covered plus $1500 cash to spend. Two years ago they gave away a Prius, last year grand prize was some pos ford something not worth remembering.
 
A Prius? Could one trade that in for the iPad?

I'm sure they can create a position out of thin air, what type of work do you want to do and what title would you like? hahaha, I work for Guess? Inc. be warn, a lot of ladies running around, 30% smoking hot, 50% not, 10% old and fat, 10% are males who act like females. I'm lucky enough to be across the hall from a room of roughly 50 women, and a lot of them make me clench my fist and thrust my hips while biting my lips. That's my way of resisting, I guess... CEO once fired a guy for being fat, I felt bad, but he was pretty damn fat :D
 
Like a few days will make a difference........but I still want it by Friday......oh well maybe Tuesday might be more realistic....^(#@$(Y)(@#$ Still great news and for such a great deal on a such an awesome bumper, couple extra days won't hurt!
 
Shucks he didn't make the deadline...Oh well...How many days do you think it will take to arrive on the east coast? I hope I get it before Christmas. I'll be real angry if it doesn't :)

Got slight bad news, the shipping company got delayed til Monday. I called asking for tracking numbers and that's what he told me, I told him be on the look out for a guy named Wrench.
Really sorry guys, just hang in there a bit longer.
 
I'm in the second batch I'm sure. As long as it gets here before February I'm cool.

Mo, i'm looking to sell the iPad Air 64gb for $700. What I truly want is to turn it into a monitor/screen/gps for the car, I need to figure out a way to get video feed from exterior cameras into the ipad or any other tablets. Cam in front to see what you are about to crawl over or manuver and back up cam is nice to have. Anyone know how to do such a thing? How about using some cameras from old cell phones? That would be awesome bc they are so tiny and have great picture quality.

I was going to go in that direction but if you have an Iphone or other smart phone, you should consider going the way I ended up going. Better sound and cleaner dash. After trying out a couple head units with app mode I found the one which can also mirror all the applications on the head unit including mapping, etc. Just finished installing the cameras front/downwards and rear.

You can order the cameras for around $13 which was surprising how good the picture and build was. I'm finishing up the install but if you'd like to see how it works i'm in SoCal
 
Alex, I love to see it. Which city are you in? I'm in Santa Ana. The reasons I like using the tablets is for the big screen, it's also a touch screen, perhaps some how that allows you to select the cameras you want to view depending on your need at the time.

Big screens are nice, i was going to use mi mini ipad which i thought was the perfect size but after playing with different configurations i found controlling the picture/apps on the head unit with an phone or ipod touch was although not perfect, easier and i could use the internet for youtube, netflix, etc. Also, the phone comes with gps unlike my ipad. Now I also have hands free and a pretty oem looking switch on the dash which turns either camera on the head unit without having to mess with the stereo controls.
