We got this back from paint and the owner and I do not recognize it. Any ideas what it is?

Since it is so clean now would be a good time to put some heat shield on the bottom of that, it will reduce heat & sound , it's self stick, has semi rigid metalic surface and is flexible so it will conform nicely to that piece. I think wngrog posted a link in the light blue 40 rebuild thread.

Perhaps this is the 79’ version? Never figured out where this went on my rebuild. Any input greatly appreciated.

Top left is the jack bracket holder.

The piece on the right is for the spare holder I think. You can see it attached in this pic below on the bottom right.

Closest panel is a water heater line cover inside the cab under the passenger dash to the right of the heater where the lines come thru the firewall. Upper left is the jack holder and mounts under the drivers seat on the floor, there are threaded holes in the floor for it. I think the sq is a cushion for the spare tire carrier to protect the rear door. I think the little piece in the upper right is for inside the fuel door opening.

It is the 79+ version. This goes above the muffler behind the gas tank. It’s kinda hard to get it in and out of there.
