I bought it last spring from a guy in Houston. It’s not OEM, but is new. Got it for the 45 and ended up using a carb I had in parts stash that I had forgotten about. That one ended up working fine, so this one went into parts stash.

New carb installed and it’s running. Filled in holes on bumper too. Not bad for first hour this morning

Water pump in and bumpers painted. Having trouble matching carb linkages, so I’m gonna have to build a custom one. Not much else done. Too much time spent running to NAPA and Lowes hunting pieces to fabricate something out of. First pic of the bumper is where the hole was located. Someone mounted a cb antenna in that spot.

I thought wasp nests were OEM. They came on every old Pig I bought over the years. Some with wasps.

Check out the exhaust pipe routing. Want to say this came up in a discussion not too long ago, about how some were routed outside of the frame. My ol’ pal @RHINO ’s was routed that way when he had the 2F, IIRC.
Nice work Mike. Careful around them jack stands😅

My 74 is routed like that.

Good half day of work. Separated hood from latch piece, undercoated latch piece, welded patch to inside of hood, cut out rounded patches and painted 2 trannys. Supposed to rain all day tomorrow, so, hopefully, I can finish the hood and maybe paint the tcases if it’s not a constant rain. Not likely though.

Mike, thanks for posting the cruiser pics, Maybe little more unfrozen vegetation in the next ones? I'm little sick of the snow...
