Jeff, you might need adjustable rear upper control arms to get the rear pinion down....or a double-cardan CV.

Grogan swears the stock gears are better suited for 37s than for 35s...of course, he's still running the 1FZ.
Dave, I've been thinking about that too. I talked with TJ (at MetalTech) and I'm just going to have to flex the suspension to check clearances. One thing that may help me is that my back DS is from a FJ60 and therefore longer. We will just have to see. Did you find a DC DS for yours?
Damn, so what's your effective lift now? Looks like it's more than 6".
What size are the bfg's you have on there now?
