thats weird both mine have 4 holes drilled and mount into the 4 holes in the cummins block.I am not sure I just guessed when I put them in because I didn't get instructions the one with only 3 hole drilled in the motor side are on the drivers side

Looks like there's a body lift in my near future. Or a hood scoop ya hood scoop it is, this thing needs more redneckMy factory intake horn "kisses" the hood with intake heater attached. The hood is notched on one of the braces where it touched. If no body lift I would have a bigger problem.
