Agree on that for sure, I just dont turn anymore :p
 
I ended up not tinting the cargo area sliders. I didn't want it super dark back there. So, here is a pic. It's a bit dark out now. I'll shoot another pic toomorrow in full sun.

It ended up at 29% on the meter. I like it.:D

LOL.. my recent "cool" for BeBe has been an oil change, removal of the "damn" mystery box and corresponding Cruise Control gear, and purchase of a Headlight Harness Upgrade and Tune-up Kit from Georg. I am hoping that I can get something "cool" like an Add-A-Leaf soon so I can wheel with my crew!
 
Well after a long time searching… My good buddy Jason @ CruiserYard put me onto this 1974-FJ55 PIG. I owe you big time Jas. It needs some work but runs and drives good. My dad went and made the deal on it last night and the seller delivered to my dad’s house at lunch today. Dad says it purrs like a 6 cyl should and no smoke. I will be going to get her in the near future. Hopefully very near!
What I know so far..
F Engine
4 speed
SOA
36 x 15.5 x 15 tires (need to be replaced )
4:56 gears (the seller thinks, I bet 4:10s)
Decent paint
New shocks
All lights inside and out, gauges, heaters etc.. work.
Transmission shifts good, no slipping.
4WD work good
Has some rust in the inner fender wells and back gate/hatch. Rear window doesn’t roll down. (gear is gone)
Needs headliner, seats and panel work.. (I know a lady)
Needs the knuckles rebuilt and rear pinion seal
All in all from the pics and my dads review/comments I am thoroughly pleased so far.
I’ll be spending time over at the 40/55 forum more now. WooHoo!

After looking at Tat2Matt's Sweet Ann-Marie and now this with the two tone, I think I know what I am going to do with BeBe after doing the rust repair!!

Congrats dude, I know this has been a long time coming.

Yeah I would be too... 55s will always hold a special place in my heart, I was looking at one before I got the 60 and every one that I found needed serious work. Looks like you got a stellar truck there J, now I anxiously away the diesel swap talk! :P
