Unfortunately' i'll be taking a different direction, I'm heading straight to breakfast and straight back home for wedding activities my husband and I are a part of.

No sweat, I’ll play it by ear. If the roads are alright (and not covered in salt) I’ll take the 40 - otherwise I’ll crash our party with a Mazda.

I think this works. Plenty of parking on the street and a few in the grass alley behind our barn. If needed the triangle grass area Between Galen, Grandview & Sunset is usable for parking. Then again, if the weathers good parking lot at the TC works just as well. BTW, it'll be before noon, but if ya wanna beer bring your own cup, I don't have enough mugs to go around.

They are already salting everything up here in Nazareth :bang:

Yeap the brine is already down...but I don't think it's going to stop me.

I’m leaning toward the Mazda or the Equinox for this trip. Close to 2 hours on salted roads, plus M/T’s and a rear lunchbox locker make driving the 40 a dicey proposition.

i doubt we're going to see more than an inch of snow if even that.....this year so far they have been over calling all of the snow events.

OHMYWORD... we drive the most capable trucks on planet earth and are doubtful with a few inches of snow and salty roads in the forecast...

Is your 4wd broken??? Is this a Toyota 4X4 club or is this mamby pamby land?

🤦🏼‍♀️🤦🏼‍♀️🤦🏼‍♀️

Hmmm, if I had a 40, I’d park it too.. it’s never been me or my vehicle, it’s all those other drivers that’ll crash into ya.

I knew I was going to catch flack for this. It’s not the snow that concerns me, really (though M/T’s and lockers are an issue). It’s the salt that is my main concern. I’m sure it would get through the snow issue but the whole back end might evaporate along the way...

This, this is why I'll be driving the 4Runner vs the Tundra up tomorrow. 4Runner is cheaper to replace in my case.
i can drive something 2WD no problem in the snow, it's everyone else who can't that I want the added insurance of my 4WD to get out of the way.

Painful visual. Was planning on bringing the 60 tomorrow but I just can't do it with the salt. Like the snow but love my cruiser more(not to mention the already invested time, money & effort).

I'm still coming. Was look forward to a ride in the 60.

All, sorry for the late cancellation. Not going to be able to make it. Dont want to risk the salt, other idiots and spendng 4 hours on a 2 hour trip.

Have fun and be safe.

Be there in 20. Lots of brine trucks to dodge!
