I remember the book, I'm not positive, but I think Chuck Barnow (shown driving the rig) had some involvement with the production of that book, and Chuck was Downey Off Road Mfg. head engineer during the 1980's. The book was actually produced before Chuck came to Downey. I'm also thinking Bill Sanders was involved with the book, he was the Editor of Four Wheeler magazine. Feel free to correct me if I am wrong.
