Took a drive up to one of my favorite trails today, didn't even cast a fly. Basically took my 3wt on a 4 mile walk in the mountains. Runoff was a tad higher than what I was expecting up there.
TECH!!!!
Rotated the tires yesterday at the big Walmart house. The tire guy was like "hey man we just put those on in like Oct or something, no way they need rotated yet."
I dropped 5,500 miles since Oct on him.
He was shocked I put that kind of mileage on a 50 year old Toyota.

Still thinking I should go pull the ski rack and get the rod vault ready, might go drive a certain road I know about that has some magnificent scenery and one of the best trout streams this side of the state.

Anyone can build a Land Cruiser, what we have here is pure Americana that only some of you guys can live and the rest all have to watch or go visit every few years. I understand there has to be some tech in here every once in a while so it is not chit chat, so I would take the ski rack off and add the rod holder to improve MPG's for the summer....
