Alternative tire changing techniques 71 series

A friend sent me these photos today of what appears to be a new very safe way to rotate or change tires on a 71 series.

My question is, if the 71 is moving, how did they get the upside axels to not spin so they could take the bolts off? Highly technical explanation please.

Would also appreciate estimates of the PSI they must be using in those tires to get no bend.

I can only assume they had a hydraulic line lock which cut the brake to one side of the truck, the only other way would be to shift to neutral and manually (by hand) stop the tire from spinning to get at the lugnuts, though the vehicle would be coasting at that point and they would have to get the tires swapped before they ran out of momentum, and the tires would slowly want to start spinning again from the open diff.

I wonder if they pulled it off, I kinda want to see pictures of that going bad.
