I went for kuhmo mt51 really great tire, i was loking for a tracedge like tire as well and the mt51 is just about that but better on and offroad, very grippy on wet and cold roads too, much better than my goodyear allweather at least

Mitch works at Discount Tire after high school’s out so we’ve played with quite a few options on the 80 & 100. Both rigs ended up with Cooper STT Pros this year and we have put many thousand miles on them with no issues or complaints. Without question the best performing tires we have used. They see 95% road and pretty aggressive 5% off-road use so road manners are of significant consideration. Also have to mention that I have KO2s on my Daughters LR3 and will likely put those on my LR4 as the most these rigs see are light trails and dirt roads. Both are my favorite choices.

I was skeptical on the KO2, and while it's not "Michelin" quiet on the highway..There's not really any noise to speak of, and handles itself quite well on the highway, local streets, and what few dirt trails I've been on. This the is awesome, and looks awesome.

I run KO2s and they are great. Cruise at 80-90mph and they feel great. Light trails is all I have done so far, no issues. Snow, good so far. Ice performance is not like a winter tire, but I suppose that is to be expected.

I would like to run Duratracs at some point to compare, but I hear good things. Probably can't go wrong with one of these two.

I have run just about every popular off-road tire on my Pig in the last 30-odd-plus years. Swampers, BFG, Michelin, on & on. Always moving up in size of course. None have impressed me as much as these Toyos. Balanced almost perfectly out of the box. Required almost no weights. Brilliant on the rocks and sand. I don't do mud, hate it. Lovely on the road (I don't drive real fast, mind you). These Toyo M/Ts (37x14.5x15) made me a fan on the first run we went on. I am smitten. Hoping they have a tall skinnyish 40 incher when I move up next.
