How about the h55F transmission top cover for the FJ40? This is the top cover that allows the shifter to come out of the factory transmission tunnel cover without modification.

Forgot to mention, my interior is oak/tan for the overhead console. I'd also be interested in the unicorn sun visors that go with this, but that might be asking too much :-(
