I gave Garrett 9 months of feedback while he was getting started. I was in direct communication with him about each part that failed (there were many) throughout my first year with the product. I asked him during the unofficial HIH of 2022 if he could rebuild or redesign it for me and he said 'no.'Patch had the first design. Garrett has completely redesigned the bumper since. It’s too bad Patch didn’t give him an opportunity (which he offered for free) before making a YouTube video.
By the time his bumper smashed a dent in my hatch he still had no intention of helping me/redesigning it until I posted about it on social media. Personally, I'm glad that he learned a bit about customer service/publicity but hate to hear that he's still trying to throw me under the bus.
His bumpers are stout and all-around a better product now- which is good for the community. I just deleted my YouTube review since it's completely outdated information now. Not sure why I hadn't done that earlier. My best to Garrett and his customers. We're all on the same team at the end of the day.
