Front spring seats are the same as an FJ60. New ones appear to be Gone Johnson. I believe aftermarket HD pieces may be out there.

Just doubled checked these today sir:

48048-60021 and 48049-60021 are both **barely** still available (Class code: F3)

:)

No US stock however.

Got the replacement U bolt holder thingies in. These are from Beno's recommendations:-)
Old style and new style.

Those U-Bolt flips are excellent from @lcwizard - I got them for my 60, good solid product!

Well, idle hands and left over parts makes for more work:-)
Never liked the joint of the two piece factory snorkle, so with left over 3in exhaust pipe I built a new snorkle. I will say that the joint of the factory snorkle does seem to have a pretty good area size if you measure the size of the hole. So, no idea if I improved flow or not by getting rid of this joint.

What are your plans for the factory snorkel?

That u bolt flip looks great defiantly on my list, nice to see the before and after shots of the project.

This truck just keeps getting better!

Much better. Dave @lcwizard makes great stuff: functional, well-thought out and easy to use. I'm running front and rear on my 70 and just absolutely love them.

I wish he made them for the BJ74 rear axle with difflock.........:bang:

Interesting, do they provide a cap to cover the hole? Cool idea, but I'm thinking IH8MUD
has a place here. I'd even use those grease fitting caps there if I had those.
