AISIN hub carnager...cheaper than a birfield?

Warn manufactures a Hub Fuse for this reason. I don't think they are available for this application though.

Krikey, I pulled the driveshaft and now the damn thing doesn't want to turn right(the direction).....

My bet, you broke a burf.

Too much power and too tall skids........:D

I'd guess the birf broke and pushed out a tad bit...

Though your hub face is broken it looks to me as though it would be stuck engaged... so if it is still not turning, broken birf.

Time for that $700 you were putting off!?!?!

Clown with long axle stubs how are you keeping the axle from contacting the hub dial before you broke?

Yes sir. You got any leads on replacing that ABS ring? It is toast as well.

Each time a new project or repair comes along we are treated to quality write ups and follow through.

Mike, let me know when the repair/replacement goes down I'd like to be apart of it.

Some quality time with a file will probably fix them up? If you find a better one, I would like to have the old one to use so a pattern to machine new ones.

Yes, I think I can get them to be fxn'l but I'll loose some of the teeth - just too damaged.

I will send one to you if you make two for me!

Got a welder? Make new little bumps.:D All that metal floating around didn't destroy the sensor? Can make you new ones, but it won't be soon, my machine shop buddy is way busy making billet AR15 receivers!

If you get these going Kevin I will take a couple too....
