Ok so I have a new compressor under my hood for my ARB Lockers now I'm trying to figure out what I can use (besides a bunch of fittings) to attach my lockers and a chuck to my compressors. Let me know your thoughts or suggestions and if possible where to buy. Thx in advance! Ray

Well, what else is there? :D Regardless of whether you use metal, plastic or rubber hoses there are going to be a LOT of fittings. Do a search and look at some of the ideas folks have come up with. One of the reasons I like the CO2 tank instead of a compressor, there are less things to have to hook up and the tank can be removed from the truck.

I have a CO2 tank but ended up buying a big air compressor as a back up. I have found some blocks with threaded holes on Macmaster but none quite right..Did a search for "air manifold" and found nothing.

I made my own.

1.75 hexagonal aluminum - 6160
Drilled the center and tapped for my fittings, then drilled and tapped for aux ports.

Mine ended up being about 4" long and I get 8 aux ports out of it.

sorry, no pics at this time.

Almost exactly what I did. I used square block though.
I think Kilby Enterprises sells a similar product.

I copied Brad and did the same thing, mounted the manifold to my compressor bracket.

You could also check mcmaster.com for some generic manifolds. I have installed some of these on other people's trucks in the past.

You can see my set up here
Would like a 3-4 gal tank now though.
Works well. I mounted the manifold on the firewall with and inline filter. The manifold has an inlet on the side and five outlets along the length of it for the solenoids, an air hook-up and my pressure sender.

here's a block I bought from btb awhile back, I have it hooked to my c02 tank, dial down on the block, then out to the pneumatic solenoids to actuate the arb lockers, there has got to be another type like this out there, try kilby or another air compressor specialty place....

Sry just wanted to see what all is out there. I live the drilling and tapping idea but don't know where to get the aluminum rod..I'll look around, Thx for all the great suggestions!

but don't know where to get the aluminum rod..

I go to a trailer fabrication outfit here. They build and repair over-the-road heavy equipment trailers and have a huge stock of aluminum. Maybe your town has something similar?

mcmaster.com It's an industrial supply outfit.

It's where I got my stock...

Check out their manifolds, they are cheap and work great.

There has got to be a metal supplier in your area. open up the phone book
someone should have a chunk or billet that they can cut off a peice or two for you. A drill press helps but a regular drill and taps can tackle the job
