The last log style manifold I had ceramic coated was $75 and that was over 5 years ago. So I'd say $175/pr is very reasonable.

1LoudLX is doing a test fit on a 2000 LX. If they fit, one would think they would fit a 98. We shall see and keep you posted.

great. what's the advantage to ceramic coating? Could I get away with replacing all 3-4 cats for one or two high flows and a flowmaster 3" exhaust? I know in Colorado, emissions are tough to pass and I think the LC has 3 or 4 cats.

I am very interested, pending install results on the 2000. I have a 99.:)

My fingers are crossed that these work! It would be great to quiet down the eml (exhaust manifold leak)and add 15+ hp!

Awesome, Loud. Thanks much. Add me to the "interested" list. Pretty sure it's my passenger side. Sure does seem like you should be able to repair the existing or something, but I don't know crap about it. Thanks for your time on this...

The factory manifold has 45 degree angles which are BAD for air flow. The new performance headers have a much more free flow design and should be good for some horsepower which every 100 needs.

2010S - Plain stainless steel construction
2010SJS - Silver ceramic coated inside+ outside - this one "weathers" best out of all of them
2010SJT - Titanium ceramic coated inside + outside - this one is highest temp, however is more suited towards arid dry climates.

so far this is the list of people interested:

staggrlee - 2010S

You can change me to 2010SJS...

Who does their coating BTW? Any idea...? JetHot, Performance Coatings, SwainTech?

1LoudLX - Did you order them yet?

Ok mr antsy pants...they're ordered. JBA is making a fresh production run of them as we speak, should be done someday this week. I should get them either the end of next week or the week after.

Also, I went up to Lexus and spoke with one of the techs and he agreed to install them, assuming they match up with the OEM ones he has laying around for his LX. Once we get them test fit and know that they fit up I will give you guys the go ahead. I'll help co-ordinate the orders with the rep over at URD, who by the way sounds like a real stand up guy. Cant wait....well I can wait to get yelled at when yet another box shows up at the house for the 100 :bang:.

As with any group order, the more people we get the better the price is for everyone so if you have the "tick" or want to get a little more efficiency from the engine get on the list! I'll keep the list updated as usual and when it comes time to order I'll PM the list. Once I've got the accounted list of orders I'll pass it along to URD and get a price for everyone, should be by the end of the month at the latest. Till then eat at home a night or two and save a little extra dough so you can get the coated ones ;)

Out,
1loud

If they fit yours 1LoudLx, I am in. I got one-side replaced last year and now I have another leak on the other side. I will keep my fingers crossed.

Please add me to the list for a 1999 LC - thank you.

2010SJS - Silver ceramic coated inside+ outside - this one "weathers" best out of all of them

1loudLX: As above: Silver Ceramic. Count me in for a pair assuming they fit nicely.

Thanks for doing all the grunt work on this!

Dan
